A Monthly Wellness plan is also a fantastic way to budget in regular Holistic Wellness therapies.

The "Restoring Your Wellness" plan is designed more for new clients that have health concerns which they would like to work on quickly, and start shifting their lives in a more positive and natural way.

  • Individual session every week during membership
  • Additional individual appointments 10% off in the month

This plan, "Break-Through with Your Wellness", is designed to start transitioning clients towards the "Maintaining Wellness Plan". This is also a really good option for professionals who have stress in their careers and life.

  • Individual session every other week during membership
  • Additional individual appointments 5% off in the month

Wellness does not just happen, it is something that you maintain. This plan is designed for clients who do not have major health concerns and want to maintain and continually grow their wellness.

  • 1 individual session every 4 weeks

Note: Most months include 4, 2, or 1 follow-ups. In a 5-week month, the membership plans include that extra visit. Over a year that is about 4 free follow-ups on Restoring ($612+ savings), 2 on Break-Through ($306+ savings), and 1 on the Maintaining ($153 savings). Bonus sound, Synapsis, and P90 sessions sit on top of this.
