In the first session, we do a gentle detoxing protocol to prepare the body along with a specific therapy to address an area of concern. We will also discuss various teas, herbal supplements, and other daily practices that may be beneficial on your anti-aging journey.
After your initial session, we recommend at least 4 additional Follow-Up sessions for each area of concern spaced closely together (normally once or twice a week), then monthly or bi-weekly tune-ups after that.
These therapies, due to the acupuncture points & reflex zones used, also have a stress releasing benefit to them as well.
