Rebecca is the daughter of a yoga teacher and has been doing asana and meditation since she was a child. She grew up hearing about stories about the sadhanas of great yogis and listening to mantras. Her wandering spirit and love of the physical body brought her to study medicine in Romania from 2011-2017 where she obtained her medical degree. During that time she decided to take her connection to yoga to the next step and completed 200-hour yoga teacher training at Hari Om yoga school in Italy in 2014, followed by a 500-hour training there in 2016. Her favorite style of physical yoga is vinyasa/flow but her connection to the practice is felt deepest in meditation and singing mantra.
