Dhyana Yoga meditation is the practice for one who wishes to attain to the full state of Chan/Zen/awakening. It involves eight mantras, four mudras and ongoing visualization to take the practitioner from the ordinary state to the Chan state of no coming and no going, no birth and no death. Dhyana is the fifth paramitta/dharma door.
