This appointment is designed for those that would like to incorporate Complementary and Alternative forms of medicine into their care on a specific issue, generally more acute. It is not meant to replace conventional medicine. Types of situations this appointment is designed for:
- Acute Pain, like joint pain that comes and goes
- New sickness, like cold or flu when the immune system needs a little TLC
- Issues with focusing, acute stress
- Seasonal Allergies
- Issues post traveling/Jet Lag
- New sleep pattern disturbances
- Vertigo
- Digestive disturbances
- Menstruation pain issues (normally this needs 3 appointments over 3 months)
- Headaches and Migraines
- someone who would like to dip their toe into what Complementary and Alternative Medicine has to offer
While possibly not the best setting for chronic, long-standing issues, some can still be addressed in smaller amounts:
- those suffering from vaccine injury like PVS/PACVS-like issues – this can be a nice starting point to create gentle shifts.
- those suffering from Lyme Disease – this can be a nice starting point, and will be very conscientious of the possibility of herxing.
This session is not best suited for these types of issues (the Initial Discovery Session and Full Follow-ups are better suited):

- most degenerative or long-standing issues
- support in chronic stress situations (like work/career stress)
- Addiction
- Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia
- Those going through cancer and other age-related diseases

Why, with those types of issues, are the Initial Discovery Session and Full Follow-ups better?
Those are issues that are more complex and have many layers to them. Often they tend to have a root in deeply imbedded conflicts going all the way back to childhood, and working on this gradually over time produces better, long-term results.
What are the differences between the Single-Issue Appointment and Full Appointments?
Single-Issue Appointments we are tackling a specific issue, and for those that only want or need a check-in here and there. In the Full Appointments we also address everything that can be addressed in the Single-Issue Appointments, though we go deeper over time, and work more towards Lifestyle Improvement and reaching long-term goals.
