Even though the pandemic has been declared over, I continue to research what is now referred to as PVS (Post-Vaccination Syndrome) and Long-COVID, as they often present with overlapping symptoms.
One of the most recent studies, conducted by Yale, introduces the term “PVS” (Post-Vaccination Syndrome) and “PACVS” (Post-Acute COVID Vaccine Syndrome). To be clear, I’m not here to tell you whether to get a vaccine—that’s a personal choice. My role is to be prepared for the rare instances when things don’t go as expected and to offer natural health options for those seeking support. I am a firm advocate for health freedom and informed choice.
So, what exactly is PVS/PACVS? It shares many of the same symptoms as Long-COVID, including exercise intolerance, excessive fatigue, numbness, brain fog, neuropathy, insomnia, palpitations, myalgia, tinnitus, headaches, burning sensations, and dizziness. More severe cases may involve myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombosis, Guillain–Barré syndrome, transverse myelitis, Bell’s Palsy, and other complications.
While the exact mechanisms remain unclear, ongoing research suggests that the spike protein or virus can persist in some individuals for extended periods—over 709 days in some cases. This lingering presence may also trigger other health concerns, such as reactivating latent infections. Here are some of the things I’ve found beneficial over the years:
Long-COVID and PVS/PACVS present ongoing challenges, but emerging research and natural approaches offer promising pathways for support. Whether through targeted supplementation, senolytics, Colorpuncture, brainwave therapies, BOOO, or innovative compounds like DMSO, there are holistic strategies available for those seeking relief.
