Sound Healing :: 9-weeks of TransformationOver a 9-week period, we work to re-harmonize the Mind, Body and Soul through the Esogetics Soundscapes Therapies.Come for 1, or come for all 9. Each week is focused on a different aspect. - (8/24) Week 1: Balance – Supports the ability to let go of the old and to welcome the new, the precondition of serenity.
- (8/31) Week 2: Regeneration – Supports all processes dealing with change and reorientation.
- (9/7) Week 3: Self-Confidence – Serves as a “signpost” pointing the way to the essential human core.
- (9/14) Week 4: Vitality – This assists in accessing new insights and developing the strength to realize them.
- (9/21) Week 5: Self-Knowledge – Promotes the ability to recognize one’s own powers and to use them to help remove mental barriers.
- (9/28) Week 6: Change – Reinforces the desire to become free of negative thoughts and to change behavioral patterns that could lead to problems.
- (10/5) Week 7: Reorientation – Shows possibilities to find purpose in life and to achieve one’s life goals.
- (10/19) Week 8: Harmony – Supports us in leading a conscious, healthy and harmonious life.
- (10/26) Week 9: Completion – This compiles the most effective parts of Soundscapes 1 to 8, as a repetition for refreshing all the content previously conveyed.
