The symbol for Libra is the Scales. In Roman mythology, Libra is considered to depict the scales held by Astraea (identified as Virgo), the goddess of justice. Libra is also considered the goddess of balance and truth. She also corresponds with Egyptian mythology as Ma’at, the goddess of the scales or balance. This is very fitting that it falls on the Autumnal Equinox as that is when day & night are balanced.

The Solar Libra is from September 23, 2011 to October 23, 2011:
In the Celtic Elements, we see Libra as the Neutral Air Element, and ruled by the planet of Venus (Venus also rules Tauras).

The Goal of Libra: Unfolding of an aesthetic sense and peacefulness.

Balancing Libra

To help Balance the Forces of Libra, here is a simple spot for you to massage (or you can use color on).
The Upper Yellow Circle is Libra, the lower violet circle is the shadow of Libra. Only Massage or use Color on one or the other per day.

When you massage the point, think of the color. Massage with the Esogetics Relax Oil or use of the color light, only do for about 30 seconds and only do 2x’s per week. You can alternate one time per week on Libra, then the other time on the Shadow if you would like.

Do throughout the month to help balance the forces of Libra within you.
