Malcut / Alpha-Omega / Kingdom / Earth : October is represented by the 10th sephira in the Tree of Life. Malcut, located at the bottom of the feet, deals with the physical Universe and the Earth including minerals, metals and the body, and hence, the entire elemental aspects of Earth (Stomach/Spleen/Pancreas), and the Delta Brain Waves… the aspect of sleep that helps the physical cells rejuvinate. Malcut also corresponds to all the other elements as well. Fire for the warmth of the body, Water for the blood and Air for the breath.
Malcut translates to the word “Kingdom” and represents the aspect from Hermetic philosophy of “As Above, So Below”, as it is the reflection of Kether, the Crown and connection to the Divine above. Here we find the aspect of Revelation, Creation, Formation and Action. Malcut is the human being in wholeness, mirrored through Malcut from Kether and thus is an image of the Divine and the All/Everything.
Meditate on this symbol for 5 minutes a day through the month of October to help strengthen your reflection of the Divine and increase more vivid, healthy dreams. Alternately, you could also print off this symbol (make it about 2.5 inches) and stand above it for about 5 minutes.
“Everything that happens to you is a reflection of what you believe about yourself. We cannot outperform our level of self-esteem. We cannot draw to ourselves more than we think we are worth.”

“Most people treat the present moment as if it were an obstacle that they need to overcome. Since the present moment is Life itself, it is an insane way to live.“

My new Favorite Tea of the Season ::Soothing the Soul with Turmeric, Clove, Ginger and Cardamom
This fantastic tea is great for the fall season! All of these herbs/spices have some fantastic healing properties not just for the body, but for the mind and soul as well. Many of these herbs can be found in the cupboard, and the bakers out there will notice many of them are used in many classic pies of the season.
The Tea (adjust to your likeness – I personally like mine a little stronger)
about 1 tsp of ground Turmeric
about 1 tsp of ground Ginger
about 15 Cardamom pods
about 40 Clove buds
Turmeric is a nice herb/spice that has been used for thousands of years, primarily in India, for people with inflammation and pain, helping with digestion (flatulence, indigestion, etc), liver stagnation, poor circulation, skin disorders (the skin is a reflection of the Large Intestines, so this makes sense), metabolism, cancer, diabetes and much, much more. It is such an awesome herb in India that it’s commonly referred to as “Holy Powder”. It contains powerful antioxidants that are 5 to 8 times stronger than Vitamins C and E! Ginger, another herb with a very diverse range of uses, has been used for things like sore throats, headaches, fevers, arthritis pain, soothes the stomach/nausea, aides in digestion, and many other things. Cardamom, another great herb for the digestive track, is also used for things including heartburn, intestinal spasms, irritable bowel syndrome/IBS, flatulence, constipation, liver/gallbladder complaints, the common cold/cough, bronchitis, sore throat, bad breath (which can talk about an imbalance within the digestive system),depression (which about 90% of Seratonin is created within the intestines), impotency and many, many other things. Then last, though not least, we have the so common Clove! Clove, generally considered an aromatic spice also has many benefits. It has been used as an Anti-Bacterial/Septic/Fungal/Parasitic, a booster to the immune system, a great anti-oxidant, great from relieving stress and the list goes on, and on, and on 🙂
After seeing all the benefits of each of the herbs, there should be no question as to why this tea is my Favorite tea during the Lung/Colon season 🙂

Red penetrates into the body deeply as the wavelength is wider, and hence able to go around the cells easier. Red is used in all cases of low or inadequate blood supply, it is the color of the heart, lungs, and muscles. It raises the blood pressure as well as the breath frequency, enhances circulation and is used for treating puss-free wounds and inflammation, skin diseases, chronic coughs, asthma, inflammation of the throat, anemia and herpes. Red also makes a person talkative, more animated, happy, eager and passionate.
The zones of Inner Harmony promotes balance of the body and psyche. These 3 zones – the Zones of Anxiety, Sorrow and Joy, when stimulated in order, can be a very transformative at-home therapy. After 8 nights of treatment, then do a week of rest from the therapies. The Zone of Joy can also be stimulated during the day to increase a general sense of well being, or in the case of morning stiffness, or when relaxation is needed. For detailed instructions, go to the additional excerpt from the Dream Disk Book and read from pages 109 to 113 (in the PDF they are pages 7 to 11)
